How do I make a reservation?

Booking your car is easy! From the ONLINE BOOKING section, you can reserve your car or van in 4 simple steps. STEP 1: Search for available vehicles by selecting your preferred pick-up/drop-off location and pick-up and drop-off dates/times. STEP 2: Select one of the available vehicles according to your preference. STEP 3: Select any additional services you need, such as a child seat. STEP 4: Complete all your personal information and choose between PREPAYMENT or PAYMENT ON DELIVERY to confirm your booking. Once confirmed, you will receive an email with your booking code and all the details. If you select prepayment, the system will ask for your card details to process the payment. If you choose payment on delivery, you can pay for your booking upon delivery of the vehicle, in cash or by card. If you have any difficulties using our website, we also offer booking and quote services via WhatsApp.

Where can I see reviews from other customers?

You can see ratings and reviews from other customers about our service on Google. Enter "ebes Miami reviews" in the search bar and you will see our star rating and comments from other users about their experience with us on the right. You can also see the reviews via the following LINK. If you are already a customer, you will receive a link at the end of your rental where you can also add your rating and review.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash. You can prepay through our website with a credit/debit card, or pay by card or cash upon delivery of the car. Cash payments must be made in US dollars at the time of delivery. The security deposit can also be paid by credit card or cash and will be refunded upon return of the vehicle. In the final step of the booking process, the system will allow you to select your payment method.

In what currency will my card be charged?

All reservations are in US dollars. Your card will be charged in dollars. You can then pay in your local currency, subject to your card's terms and conditions, including applicable taxes. In case of cancellation or modification of your reservation, the refund will be issued to the same card.

Is my reservation confirmed if I've already received the email, or do I need to do something else?

Once we confirm your booking, you will receive an email with all the details. You don't need to do anything else; just wait for your pick-up day or the day before, depending on your arrival time. We will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm your arrival details so we can have your car ready for you on time!

How is the security deposit paid?

The deposit is processed when we deliver the car. You can authorize it with a credit card or in cash. The deposit is released or refunded upon return of the vehicle, provided it is returned in good condition. In the event of any damage or extra charges for fuel or cleaning, these will be deducted from your deposit, and we will refund the difference.

WHAT INSURANCE IS INCLUDED IN THE RATE?

The insurance includes: 24-hour roadside assistance, third-party liability (USD 100,000 per person, USD 300,000 per accident, USD 50,000 per damage). Vehicle damage coverage with a USD 200 deductible. Deductible: You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle up to the limit of your deductible.

What are the requirements for renting?

You must be 21 years of age or older at the time of travel, have a passport or national ID, and a valid driver's license from your country of origin. Driver's licenses issued in the following countries are valid for driving in Florida, USA; you do not need to obtain an international driving permit: Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Spain, Guatemala, Honduras, Italy, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Uruguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, and Uruguay. Please contact us if your country is not on the list.

HOW IS DELIVERY AT THE AIRPORT?

Airport drop-off is just steps from where you collect your luggage on the Arrivals level. You don't need to take the train to the rental center; simply collect your bags and exit through the nearest door on the same level. We'll be waiting there with your car. Alternatively, our staff will contact you via this channel the day before to coordinate your drop-off and provide a specific meeting point based on your airline.

HOW DOES THE REFUND WORK AT THE AIRPORT?

Airport returns are made in the Departures area at the gate closest to your airline. Remember, you don't need to go to the rental center; simply go to the Departures area, a few steps from your airline's counters where you can then check in for your flight. We will be waiting for you at the car park to collect your vehicle.

Do you deliver to hotels?

Yes! We offer personalized delivery to any hotel in Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Enter your hotel's location in our search tool and then fill in the details with the name of your hotel or building. Our staff will deliver the car to your specified address. We will contact you via WhatsApp beforehand to reconfirm your preferred time.

Can I modify or cancel a reservation?

Yes, you can book online through the MY BOOKINGS section of our website or by contacting us via WhatsApp and/or email at bookings@ebesmiami.com. All our rates are flexible and allow changes or refunds without penalty, provided you notify us a maximum of 12 hours before the start of your rental. After this period, you will be charged for one day's rental.

Do you have child seats?

Yes! We have car seats for babies, children, and booster seats. Once you've made your reservation, if you need one, please contact us via WhatsApp to request it. They are free of charge.

How does roadside assistance work?

To request roadside assistance for a flat tire, running out of gas, mechanical failure, or a dead battery, simply call +1-833-433-8841. You will need to provide the last 8 digits of this vehicle's VIN (look for this information in the car's glove compartment or on your rental agreement). A representative will dispatch a roadside service professional as quickly as possible. 24-hour service.

Do cars have Sunpass - electronic toll collection included?

Included at no extra charge for all cars. SUNPASS system. All tolls are included in your reservation within the state of Florida. Remember to use the appropriate lanes. You can also use the Express priority lanes.

Should I return the car clean?

All cars must be returned in a normal, clean condition, without excessive dirt or trash. We recommend thoroughly inspecting your car before returning it to avoid additional costs. The extra cleaning fee is USD 50.

What happens if I don't manage to fill up with GAS for the return trip?

All cars are delivered with a full tank and must be returned with the same level. If you return it with less fuel, we will deduct USD 20 from your security deposit for each quart of tank missing.

When will the security deposit on my card be released?

Our staff releases the deposit once the vehicle is delivered. Depending on your card, it may take up to 4 business days for the full amount to be released. However, this is not a charge but an authorization; even if you have a statement closing date on your card, you will not see the expense.

Can I drive to other US states?

It is not possible to leave the state of Florida with our vehicles.

How can I let you know that I will return the car before or after the agreed time?

Contact us via WhatsApp to report the change and confirm.

Do you have GPS devices for rent?

All our vehicles come equipped with built-in GPS with Apple CarPlay or Android Auto compatibility, allowing you to use Waze or Google Maps. For models without this feature, we include a Garmin GPS at no extra cost.

Can I pay for the reservation with one card and the security deposit with another?

Yes, there is no problem using different cards or cards belonging to different people.

Can I use the insurance that comes with my credit card?

You can use the insurance benefit provided by your credit card; however, it is not possible to decline the insurance included in our service, as it is a single, comprehensive rate.

What is the difference between our service and other rental companies?

Our main difference is the personalized service we provide to all our customers, supporting them every step of the way. One of the key advantages is our fast delivery and return service, just steps from your airline check-in or when you're out with your luggage, without having to go to a distant rental center.

Is it necessary to obtain an international driver's license?

To rent with us, you only need a valid driver's license from your country of origin at the start of your rental. You do not need to obtain an additional international driving permit.

Can I have the car delivered or returned in Orlando?

We currently do not offer delivery or return service in Orlando. We only operate in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale. Please note that you can drive to Orlando if you wish, but you must pick up and return your vehicle in Miami or Ft. Lauderdale.

HOW CAN I BOOK WITH AN ADDITIONAL DRIVER?

To make a reservation with two drivers, you must do so through the ONLINE BOOKING section of our website. Complete all the steps, and at the end, once the main driver's information has been entered, you will see an ADD DRIVER button. Click on it to add the additional driver. Important: You cannot use the same email address for the main and additional drivers; they must be different email addresses. Remember that up to two drivers are included in your rate. For each additional driver, there is an extra charge of USD 10 per day.

Do you make deliveries and returns at cruise terminals?

Yes, you can schedule car drop-off and/or return at the Port of Miami or Port Everglades (Ft. Lauderdale) cruise terminals. If you select a cruise terminal, please add the ship name in the additional information section after completing your reservation to help our staff meet you.

What is the fuel policy?

All our vehicles are delivered with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same level. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the missing fuel. Alternatively, you can opt for our prepaid tank service. In this case, you can return the vehicle with an empty tank at no extra charge. This option is recommended to save time and avoid stopping at the gas station on your way back.
